Many folks here are rating these individuals with just one star, yet they never acknowledge their shortcomings or lack of expertise. They claim I was rude to the staff—no, I wasn’t rude—just incredibly frustrated by the absence of any real skill and professionalism. It’s like they don’t realize that everyone, including them, can mess up every now and then.

I bought a set of bulbs for my car back in December 2022. Since it had been a while since my last order, I forgot to update my address. As a result, the package went to my previous address (which we’ve already sold). I went over there and was told that the delivery was refused, photo or no photo! The Yodel service said it was 'delivered' with a picture. So, someone’s not being truthful. ABD said they opened a ticket with Yodel, but that’s a fib since I have no evidence. A text in an email doesn’t prove anything! Their customer service is non-existent and full of lies, and their prices are outrageous compared to Amazon. I’ll be telling everyone I know to shop at Amazon from now on—better prices, faster shipping, and free delivery! Why put up with ABD’s nonsense?

What a total disaster! I ordered two sets of bulbs, H4 and H7, and the Jiffy bag showed up all crushed and broken. When I opened the H4, I found that parcel tape had been slapped across the plastic container to keep them from falling out during shipping. But because the Jiffy bag was in such bad shape, the tape had torn, and one bulb ended up rolling around loose in the bag. The H7 situation was even worse; the plastic container was completely shattered, and one of the bulb stems was broken. I reached out to the seller, and they told me I had purchased 'opened' H7s. I had no clue about that, but even if they were opened, you wouldn't expect a shattered container and a broken bulb. There was zero effort to protect the bulbs—no bubble wrap or anything. The only thing they had was the flimsy cases and that Jiffy bag, which felt like it was made of just a few sheets of paper. It was such a hassle; I sent them photos of the damaged packaging and plastic cases, and then they wanted more pictures of the bulbs. Honestly, it was faster and surprisingly cheaper to just grab them locally. Thanks for your response, but if I could, I would have sent you pics of that 'THIN' Jiffy bag and the case that arrived in seven pieces. Instead of going back and forth with messages and more photos, I’d rather let you keep the cash. I got what I needed locally and quickly, and it’s my license that could get points if my lights aren’t working while you’re busy messaging me for more pics. Like I said, it was cheaper and quicker to sort it out locally, and way easier to return when it’s 'BROKEN.'

I got the H7 Twenty20 Daylight +200% 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs for my 2012 Audi A4. Right off the bat, the dipped lights appear to shine brighter, but I haven't had the chance to test them on a really dark road yet to see if there's a noticeable difference. Communication about delivery was spot on, and the packaging was top-notch. Plus, the price feels fair.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else for car bulbs and other automotive stuff. Their customer support is top-notch. I've lost track of how many times I've purchased from this company, and they've never failed me with returns, questions, or solid advice.

Great service and speedy delivery of my new bulbs. They’re a huge upgrade from the HID ones I had in my Nissan 300ZX. Now I can really see the beam on the ground with my dipped lights. I was hoping for the 5000k, but they turned out to be 4300k. Still, I'm happy with them. Thanks a bunch!

LED auto bulbs: I ordered the specific model of LED bulbs that was mentioned in the fitment guide for my vehicle. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit! I reached out to ABD via email, and they just expressed their regret about the situation. They suggested I purchase some larger dust covers from them to accommodate the new, longer LED bulbs instead of the standard size. Honestly, I feel they should’ve sent me those covers at no charge or offered a refund. I wouldn’t trust the auto bulb fitment guide; I can’t recommend it.

I purchased a digital air compressor from this company, and it showed some cosmetic damage on the screen. However, this didn’t affect how the item worked. I reached out to the company, and they quickly set up a return at no cost to me and sent a replacement right away.

Even though the item wasn’t pricey, I was really impressed with their super efficient customer service. I hadn’t used them before, but after this first experience, I’d definitely consider them for any future motor-related buys.

I got my hands on two Ring Digital Tyre Inflators and I couldn't be happier with what I bought. They were the lowest price I found online and showed up super fast. Top-notch service from ABD. Definitely a company I’d recommend.

This isn't my first time ordering. The Twenty20 LED bulbs are fantastic, and I went ahead and got another one for my other car. I accidentally picked the wrong bulb type, just the color. But the customer service was top-notch. Alice was super helpful and arranged for a return and exchange at no cost, and I got the right LEDs in just a few days. :) Highly recommend this service! Amazing support for a Phillips item. They sent me a replacement part for an LED car headlight bulb at no cost. I was really surprised and made sure to share this with everyone I know, and now that includes you too.

Upgrading to HID and LED lights could cause your MOT to fail and might mess with your insurance. The info on this isn't clear, and I ended up throwing away £75 on a kit that didn't work out.

Putting it all together wasn't easy, as I had to send back part of the kit for a different piece.

The service team was super helpful with the installation hiccups, but in the end, I just don't think I can rely on them.
